Meet Diana M. Vigil, Au.D., M.S. CCC-A

Diana M. Vigil, Au.D. is a NM licensed and board certified audiologist with over 20 years of experienced working with both pediatric and adult patients. Dr. Vigil joined The Hearing Group of New Mexico in September of 2011 bringing her extensive clinical experience as well as her dynamic personality to the practice.

Dr. Vigil completed her Bachelor degree from California State University, Fresno in Communicative Disorders with the option of Audiology. She later received a Master of Science degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences from the University of Washington in Seattle, Washington. Dr. Vigil, obtained her Doctor of Audiology degree from Arizona School of Health Sciences.

Dr. Vigil has worked as a managing audiologist in various capacities, such as an otology clinic, as well as manager and coordinator for the newborn hearing screening program for Lovelace Women’s Hospital in Albuquerque. Additionally, she has experience working in a multi-disciplinary cleft palate team serving the more rural areas of New Mexico.

Dr. Vigil has a wide range of experience in the field of audiology specializing in advanced pediatric diagnostics as well as the latest hearing aid technology for children and adults. Dr. Vigil is committed to finding a true hearing solution for even the most challenging cases and believes strongly in patient education.
